Our capabilities are organised into nine areas, from data acquisition and real-time control to harnessing and defence test systems. Most systems we deliver combine several of them: a test cell might use high-channel acquisition, FPGA-based control, custom signal conditioning and a test executive, all integrated and commissioned by the same team.

Describe the measurement or test problem and we will propose an architecture.
Complete test and control systems — requirements through site acceptance, under a single accountable contract.
LabVIEW, Real-Time and FPGA development, plus structured migration off obsolete platforms with documented equivalence.
Deputed engineers for commissioning, test campaigns and sustained operations, with defined response times under an AMC.
NI platform supply, panel build, harnessing and integration delivered as a single package.
Independent review of an existing test facility or a planned programme — architecture, coverage, cycle time, obsolescence risk and a costed upgrade path.
Structured LabVIEW, TestStand and test-architecture training for customer teams, delivered on the customer's own systems and datasets.
Aerospace and aero-engine test, defence and naval systems, automotive and mobility, space and research, and industrial and energy.
One route from requirement to site acceptance: requirements capture, architecture, procurement, build, development, integration, factory acceptance test, then site installation and commissioning. Review gates are held at design review, pre-FAT readiness, FAT and SAT.
LabVIEW, LabVIEW Real-Time, LabVIEW FPGA, TestStand and DIAdem on NI PXI/PXIe, CompactRIO and CompactDAQ hardware, alongside PLC, HMI and machine vision platforms.
ISO 9001:2015 for quality management and ISO 27001:2022 for information security. Harnesses are manufactured to IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship. SyncSols is an NI System Integration Partner with CLD and CLAD certified LabVIEW engineers, and is MSME Udyam registered.
One year of service support is included as standard, extendable to an annual maintenance contract with defined response times. Documented migration paths are provided as platforms reach end of life.
User and system requirements, architecture and ICD, wiring and panel drawings, harness build records, FAT and SAT protocols, calibration records, operation and maintenance manuals, and source code at handover.
A test bench measures and stimulates a unit under test. A HIL bench additionally runs a real-time model of the surrounding system, so the controller under test behaves as if it were installed in the vehicle, aircraft or plant. HIL is used where the controller's closed-loop response has to be exercised, including fault conditions that are unsafe to create on real hardware.
Yes. We assess the installed system, report its condition, calibration status and software maintainability, and set out costed options — from targeted repairs to full re-platforming onto current hardware with the application migrated and re-validated against the original results.
Source code, drawings and documentation for the delivered system are handed over to the customer under the contract terms. We retain our own reusable libraries and frameworks, which are licensed to the customer for use with the delivered system.
A single test bench usually runs eight to sixteen weeks from requirement freeze to site acceptance, depending on hardware lead times, panel and harness manufacture, and the customer's acceptance process. Multi-bed facilities and HIL programmes run longer and are delivered in phases.
Yes. Installation, integration with the customer's equipment, site acceptance testing and operator familiarisation are performed at the customer's facility by the same engineers who built the system.
Under our ISO 27001:2022 information security management system. Customer material is held on controlled systems with access restricted to the project team, and handled per the confidentiality terms of the contract.
Systems are designed with commonality across beds wherever possible, spares are quoted with the system, and we flag components with known end-of-life so the customer can plan. Support contracts include periodic obsolescence review.
Quality management to ISO 9001:2015, information security to ISO 27001:2022 and cable and harness assembly to IPC/WHMA-A-620. Project documentation is prepared to the customer's applicable standard, including defence documentation requirements.
Yes, where the customer's site policy permits it. Where remote access is not allowed, which is common on defence and secure sites, support is provided by scheduled site visits under the maintenance contract.
Operator and maintainer training is part of handover. Deeper LabVIEW and TestStand training for the customer's engineers is available as a separate service, run on the customer's own system so the examples are directly relevant.

Assessment and re-platforming of ageing test systems — legacy GPIB, VXI, SCXI, PCI and Windows-XP-era applications moved to current, supportable hardware and code.
Automated RF measurements such as power, spectrum, modulation quality and sensitivity for modules and subsystems, using modular instruments.
Repeatable testing of navigation receivers with simulated satellite signals, trajectories and impairments.
Flexible test setups for development teams, built to change as the design matures, with automated data capture and reporting.
Reusable test-executive frameworks with limits management, reporting and hardware abstraction, so new tests are faster to build.
