SyncSols designs, builds and commissions test, measurement and control systems for aerospace, defence, automotive and industrial customers. Founded in 2016 and incorporated as a private limited company in 2023, the company operates from Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu.
Every engagement follows the same documented path: requirements and acceptance criteria agreed up front, a reviewed system architecture, panel and harness build in our own facility, software developed and unit-tested by our engineers, then factory acceptance before anything leaves the building. Site installation, acceptance testing and operator training complete the handover.
Because architecture, hardware build and software sit under one roof, a single team is accountable for the result. Customers deal with one contract, one schedule and one point of contact from the first discussion to support after commissioning.
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and our information security management system to ISO 27001:2022. Harnesses are built to IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards. Design reviews, drawings, test procedures and acceptance records are produced for every system, so the documentation stands up to customer and regulator review.
Our engineers hold NI certifications including Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD) and Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer (CLAD). As an NI System Integration Partner, we work directly with NI platforms across PXI, CompactRIO and CompactDAQ, alongside PLC, SCADA and industrial-bus technologies.
SyncSols began by bringing automation to industrial and research laboratories. Today the company delivers complete systems — architecture, instrumentation, panels, harnessing, real-time software and site commissioning — under a single accountable contract.
The company operates from Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu, and works across customer sites in Bangalore, Koraput, Visakhapatnam, Coimbatore and Chennai. Engineering is organised into four delivery functions — Technical Solutions & Delivery, Frontline Service, Business Operations & Support, and Business Development — so that design, execution, support and commercial ownership never sit with one person.
SyncSols established in Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu, to bring automation to industrial and research laboratories.
More than 80 applications delivered across defence, manufacturing, automotive and research customers — test benches, ATE, vision inspection and data acquisition.
Converted from proprietorship to SyncSols Private Limited, with four delivery functions and in-house panel and harness capability.
PXIe controller and chassis platform delivered, installed and accepted at HAL AERDC. AL-31FP engine data acquisition system awarded for HAL Koraput.
FPGA control and DAQ for small gas turbine testing under execution. INS Eksila M15 test house upgradation in test. Indigenous-development bids submitted to the Indian Air Force.
Manual functional testing ties up benches, engineers and production slots. Automated test equipment with keyword-driven sequencing, switching and automatic reporting — cycle times cut by a factor of four on live production programmes.
Windows-based acquisition drifts; control loops miss deadlines when the asset under test does not wait. FPGA and real-time architectures on CompactRIO and PXI, where the loop rate is set by hardware and not by an operating system.
Validated test logic is trapped on hardware and software versions that are no longer supported. Structured migration and upgradation — legacy behaviour preserved, re-hosted on current NI platforms with documented equivalence.
Data is captured but arrives as files nobody can act on during a test campaign. Logging, time- and frequency-domain analysis, dashboards and automated reports built around how the test engineer actually works.
