Challenges we solve

Marine gas turbine test house upgradation
Radar subsystem configuration and monitoring
Ground support and workshop test equipment

Relevant capabilities

Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation

Closed-loop HIL benches that exercise an ECU or controller against a real-time plant model, with fault insertion, bus restbus simulation and automated regression runs.

Telemetry & Ground Station Data Systems

PCM telemetry acquisition, decommutation, real-time display and archival for flight test, missile and launch-vehicle programmes.

Test Data Management & Analytics

Centralised test result storage, automated report generation, trend and capability analysis, and dashboards that turn raw test files into engineering decisions.

Obsolescence Management & Migration

Assessment and re-platforming of ageing test systems — legacy GPIB, VXI, SCXI, PCI and Windows-XP-era applications moved to current, supportable hardware and code.

Calibration & Traceability Support

Calibration planning for delivered systems: channel verification procedures, shunt and loop checks, and calibration arranged through accredited (NABL) laboratories with certificate tracking.

Simulators & Training Rigs

Operator and maintainer training rigs that reproduce panel behaviour, fault scenarios and instrument responses without occupying operational equipment.

High-Speed Waveform Acquisition

Digitiser-based capture of fast transients and waveforms with triggering, streaming to disk and synchronised multi-channel recording.

Synchronised Distributed Acquisition

Acquisition nodes spread across a site or vehicle, time-aligned with GPS or network timing so data from every node shares one timebase.

FPGA Signal Processing

Custom FPGA logic for high-rate filtering, triggering, protocol handling and inline processing where host software cannot keep up.

RF & Wireless Test

Automated RF measurements such as power, spectrum, modulation quality and sensitivity for modules and subsystems, using modular instruments.

Spectrum Monitoring & Signal Analysis

Continuous spectrum capture and analysis to detect, record and characterise signals of interest across a band.

GNSS Simulation & Receiver Test

Repeatable testing of navigation receivers with simulated satellite signals, trajectories and impairments.

Projects in this industry

INS Eksila M15 Test House Upgradation

Hardware and software upgradation of the M15 naval test house for two marine gas turbine variants, Cruise GT and Boost GT, preserving validated naval test procedures.

COPES — Radar Subsystem Configuration & Monitoring

A subsystem configuration and monitoring application for defence radar systems.
